Terms

Service terms

We make our responsibilities around storage, delivery, and file treatment explicit.

Quick summary

Momentum operates the visual experience, capture, and deliverables defined in your proposal. Photo ownership stays with the photographer or the client according to the event agreement.

Scope

What the service covers

We operate the booth, capture experience, and agreed deliverables. Anything not included in the proposal is outside the scope.

Files

What we do with the photos

We store files only for the time needed to operate and deliver the service. We may also apply stretch, crop, or treatment settings defined by the configuration.

Responsibility

What we do not control

We do not control how guests pose, share, or use the photos after capture, nor any later use outside our system.

Delivery

When our work ends

Our responsibility ends once we deliver what is defined in the proposal or once the storage term in the plan expires.

File handling

Photos, backups, and configuration

We want you to know exactly how your photos are handled so there is no doubt about storage, format, or later use.

Temporary storage

We keep photos and backups only for the period needed for operation and delivery.

Visual treatment

We can apply treatments such as cropping, stretching, or exports defined by the event.

Later use

Once delivered, the photos are no longer tied to our operation or to guest behavior.
